Service

JLPTLord provides Japanese vocabulary, kanji, practice, analytics, and exam-prep tools. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for using the service lawfully.

Billing And Refunds

Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Mobile subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google via RevenueCat entitlement sync. Refunds for web purchases are handled through support and Stripe; mobile refunds are handled by the applicable app store.

Acceptable Use

Do not abuse APIs, scrape private data, bypass paywalls, attack infrastructure, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that threaten service integrity or other users.

Account Deletion

You may stop using JLPTLord at any time and delete your account from the account page. Financial records may be retained or anonymized to satisfy tax, fraud-prevention, and payment-dispute obligations.
