JLPTLord stores account details, study progress, test-prep results, subscription state, purchase records, email preferences, push-notification settings, and support messages. We use that data to run the Japanese learning product, protect accounts, process billing, improve lessons, and send requested notifications.
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data. The self-serve export endpoint is available at /api/account/export; account deletion is available at /api/account/delete. Some payment and tax records are retained or anonymized where law requires financial retention.
Authentication cookies are required to keep you signed in. Analytics and performance events are used to understand product health and learning outcomes. Where regional law requires consent, analytics should be gated by the cookie consent banner.
